Our marketing strategy is multi-dimensional, based on market research, featuring participation in most major Greek and international travel fairs as well as advertising campaigns in the international tourist press and in local publications. A detailed analysis of guest questionnaires distributed by all 5 hotels gives the company invaluable information directly from the client about customer expectations and demands in relation to the facilities and the services provided. Each person working in the Sales Department is assigned to a specific sector: commercial enterprises; travel agencies, airlines, embassies e.t.c. Great emphasis has also been given to the conferences market segment.
